Overview
Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager responsible for researching, strategizing, and running ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. You will work with a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client, forecast targets, script & direct creatives, then launch and optimize to hit quarterly forecasts. The role involves managing advertising campaigns and contributing to revenue growth for clients within a fast-growing marketing agency.
Responsibilities
- Media Buying: Manage across multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display). Handle upwards of $50,000 - $75,000 per day on these platforms. Prepare to scale campaigns when a winning campaign is identified.
- Forecasting: Create and analyze scenarios to hit client targets, map current ad metrics, conversion rates, and develop forecasts by improving CPC and conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Funnel Strategy: Identify funnel pages not meeting benchmarks and optimize to increase conversion rate and drive more revenue with the same traffic.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop new angles and strategies that scale paid traffic.
- Growth ideation: Brainstorm new growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate from competitors.
- Competitor Research: Analyze what’s working in niches and apply learnings to ads and funnels; avoid reinventing the wheel.

- 75% of all Clients Quarterly Profit Goals Are Hit
- 100% of Projected Quarterly Ad Budgets Are Hit
- Maintains a ‘B+' rating or higher during Quarterly Reviews
- Communication: We use Slack for client communications and value over-communication, speed, and weekly full team meetings plus daily stand-ups with Pod Leads.
Requirements
- 1+ years direct response marketing experience
- Self-starter with initiative to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectually curious; motivated by understanding what, why, and how to achieve unique results
- Tenacious and persistent; resilient and goal-focused
- Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience building ad account structures aligned with best practices and scalable strategies
- Ability to manage up to 5-7 clients and build strong client relationships
- Competency with Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights
- Collaborate with CA team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies
