Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Music Therapist, based in Milwaukee, WI. The Music Therapist will be responsible for conducting music therapy sessions tailored to the needs of various client populations throughout the community as well as in our clinic location in Wauwatosa, WI. Day-to-day tasks include assessing clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The therapist will also participate in community outreach and education events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct music therapy sessions for diverse client populations (community and clinic settings)

Qualifications
- Board Certification in Music Therapy and a Bachelor\'s degree in Music Therapy or related field
- Strong skills in assessing client needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with physical and developmental disabilities, elderly, and mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of various musical instruments and techniques
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory standards
