Overview

End User Experience (EUX) Business Analyst at Regions Bank. This role focuses on improving the end-user experience of IT systems and applications by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that enhance user satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Advocates for the business clients in all phases of the complex solution development lifecycle for initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow up
  • Performs complex analysis with business clients to identify core issues and map out possible solutions
  • Develops the business case for action, defining the need, method, and benefits of proposed solutions
  • Develops detailed requirements to satisfy the business need and works with the development team to refine solution design, methods, and outcomes
  • Monitors progress to ensure the solution meets the requirements and resolves conflicts from technical deviations
  • Works with the testing team to use the requirements document as a guide to identify and resolve issues before rollout
  • Evaluates user interactions with the solution during implementation and makes necessary modifications
  • Keeps abreast of best practices, resources, and trends; may work on assignments in multiple business or technical areas
  • Conceives, plans, and conducts research to guide new initiatives; may serve as trainer, mentor, and advisor; may lead large/high-impact projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
  • Or High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field

Preferences

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Onsite/Location

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The role must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with Birmingham, AL as the primary location. The manager will set the work schedule for this position. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position.
