End User Experience (EUX) Business Analyst

Overview
The EUX Business Analyst serves as an intermediary between the team and the assigned line of business, focusing on improving the end-user experience of IT systems and applications by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that enhance user satisfaction and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Advocates for the business clients in all phases of the complex solution development lifecycle for initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up
- Performs complex analysis and collaborates with business clients to identify core issues and map out possible solutions
- Develops the business case for action, defining the need, method, and benefits of proposed solutions
- Undertakes detailed requirements analysis to satisfy the business need
- Works with the development team to refine solution design, methods, and outcomes
- Monitors progress to ensure the solution meets the requirements
- Resolves conflicts arising from deviations from the agreed requirements
- Works with the testing team to ensure issues are identified and resolved prior to rollout
- Evaluates how users interact with the solution during implementation and makes necessary modifications
- Keeps abreast of best practices, resources, and trends
- May work on assignments in multiple business or technical areas
- Conceives, plans, and conducts research to guide the development and implementation of new initiatives
- Acts as a trainer, mentor, and advisor to all levels in the organization
- May lead large and/or high-impact projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
- Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
Preferences
- MBA or closely related

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Role Details
- Position type: Full-time
- Location: Hoover, Alabama (Riverchase Operations Center); onsite with in-office expectations; reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building
- Relocation: Regions will not provide relocation assistance; relocation is at the candidate’s expense
- Employment type: Full-time (exempt from overtime)
Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation ranges are based on market references and vary by experience, skills, location, and performance
- Minimum: Job Range Target around $95,893.60 USD
- Median: $121,810.00 USD
- Incentive Pay Plans: May participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan
