Position Summary
As the Senior Manager of Retail Brand Experiences, you will lead the marketing strategy, planning and execution for the in-store digital out-of-home network (DOOH) and media innovation. Walmart has the largest in-store media network in the world, currently at over 1 million media placements in over 4,700 locations with an audience over 140 million weekly customers. You will be a partner with operations, Walmart Connect, technology, and the merchant teams to identify and drive business priorities. You will oversee the implementation and content management system of the out-of-home network, as well as influence the device management system and hardware. In this role, you will be known for accelerating the DOOH network through dynamic functionality and programmatic content management. We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and strategic marketer who has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and can jump in and make an immediate impact. You will report to the Director, Retail Brand Experiences.
What you'll do
Develop and Execute Long Range Planning: Implement new device use cases and improve the digital asset lifecycle to maximize network revenue and brand visibility. Set annual and multi-year plans with measurable KPIs, align with overall business objectives, and adapt to market trends. Business Management: Build and maintain business relationships that deliver on goals through DOOH solutions. Manage expectations, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality assurance. Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of DOOH-specific marketing campaigns, including creative development, implementation, and performance monitoring. Proactively identify and implement new messaging tactics to improve results and customer experience. Team Leadership: Manage external vendors and work closely with Walmart Connect, Ad Technology, and Enterprise Solutions to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, maintain accountability, and ensure team members have needed skills and resources. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of initiatives, campaigns, and devices; provide regular reports and recommendations to inform future strategies. Improve in-house and external reporting tools. Technology Proficiency: Maintain a strong understanding of DOOH technology, including ad serving platforms, data analytics tools, and campaign management systems. Experience with marketing automation platforms and technologies is valuable. Push for Innovation & Adaptability: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and insights to inform marketing strategies, drive business growth, and maintain competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
