Job Summary
A Bilingual Field Marketing Representative with The Restaurant Store is responsible for communicating the advantages of shopping with TRS in an efficient and concise manner across the local market area. The Field Marketing Representative will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective field marketing and advertising strategies that align with the goals of our sales and marketing teams. The employee for this position will work in and around the Davie and Ft. Lauderdale areas. This is a salaried role with a performance-based quarterly bonus structure. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. (Hours may vary due to scheduling demands and special events). The Restaurant Store is expanding from the Mid-Atlantic to the Florida area and this role is integral to our success. We are looking for candidates with both English and Spanish speaking skills. Responsibilities
Travel to and call on businesses in the local market area to increase sales with existing customers and develop new relationships with prospective customers Develop and maintain knowledge of products offered in-store and the gross profit associated with private label products Communicate with Sales team to ensure follow-through on leads generated Field Marketing team Communicate pertinent information to TRS Marketing Department through established reporting methods Plan, organize, and execute specific sales and marketing programs under the direction of the Sales Manager Research and communicate competitor information to sales and inventory teams within the local branch by providing relevant competitor invoices and identify current vendors of prospective customers Ability to navigate TRS.com quickly and effectively to assist customers with establishing online accounts and quick pick lists
