Cella is hiring: Sr. Digital Ads Designer (Remote) in Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $75 - 85 per hourWe are seeking a contract Sr. Digital Ads Designer to create compelling and innovative advertising creative. In this hands-on role, you will design advertiser campaigns and creative assets, collaborating with experience designers, advertisers, and content partners.Responsibilities:

Execute advertiser creative campaigns in partnership with advertisers and internal teams.

Lead the end-to-end creative process, from campaign intake to the delivery of final assets.

Drive creative concepting, storyboarding, and visual development for advertising campaigns.

Create clear and actionable design briefs aligned with advertiser goals and brand standards.

Manage the review and feedback process with various stakeholders.

Ensure all creative work is compliant with legal, brand, and technical guidelines.

Partner with specialists in video, motion, and audio to deliver high-impact ad experiences.

Contribute to the development of creative best practices and scalable templates.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience as a visual or advertising designer in a creative agency or in-house team.

A strong portfolio showcasing work across static, motion, and campaign-driven advertising.

Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma.

Hands-on experience with digital advertising creative, including storyboarding, motion design, and video adaptation.
