* Design and execute test plans and test cases for new products, features, and system upgrades* Identify and escalate issues found in testing; track resolution with internal and external partners* Use data fluency and problem-resolution skills to uncover root causes and drive continuous improvement* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for illustration system changes* Review and validate technical specs provided by vendors, ensuring accurate representation of product features and design elements* Carry out other tasks and assignments as necessary to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective support and implementation of new initiatives and other projects involving sales, distribution partners, and ongoing management of the company’s annuity products* 5+ years of experience in annuity product support, business analysis, or illustration system roles* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or technology or other relevant field (preferred)* Annuity industry experience and product knowledge (strongly preferred)* Solid understanding of the sales process and how Annuity products are sold (a plus)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand impacts of simple to complex concepts* Experience testing software applications and a thorough understanding of the functional and regression testing cycles* Ability to understand complex mathematical concepts and review/update complex Excel formulas (preferred)* Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (preferred)* Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills* Intermediate ability to read and edit XML syntax (preferred)* Understanding of functional requirements for third-party integrations and the technical documentation for associated APIs, RPA tools, and digital integration workflows (a plus)* Quick learner of new products, systems, applications, and technologies* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Can translate functional requirements into actionable technical specifications* Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting, and adhere to deadlines* Exceptional organization and follow-up skills* Collaborates effectively with project team members, across organizational lines, and vendor partners* Consistent adherence to established processes and procedures.* Ability to effectively adapt and adjust to change* Results rather than task orientationAt Corebridge Financial, we prioritize the health, well-being, and work-life balance of our employees.
