- Business / Industry Knowledge: Demonstrates an understanding of the financial services industry, Retirement services, Life and Annuities business.- Technical Acumen: Strong foundation in practical application of technology with a software engineering bias. Proven track record of identifying trends, staying current with skills and helping build an engineering-oriented culture. Good knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Messaging Systems and proficiency with Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP. Knowledge of Application and Infrastructure security best practices. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman Framework- Cultural Adaptability: Values and consider the perspectives of diverse parties in a global context.
