A leading communications agency in the beauty space is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join its growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of a fast-growing influencer and creator-focused division, working across paid and organic campaigns, content, and creator strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team driving the advocacy and partnerships
arm of the business. You’ll manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, lead creator discovery and onboarding, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the department from pitching to execution. You’ll be the go-to for building strong relationships across the influencer realm and for spotting tomorrow’s talent today.
The Role
- Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns (paid and organic) from strategy to execution.
- Oversee the growth and engagement of a creator community via a dedicated platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and key industry figures.
- Drive content creation and social strategy across brand and community channels.
- Manage product seeding logistics, campaign timelines, and budget tracking.
- Identify social trends and insights to inform campaign and creator strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or digital strategy within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong network of creators, agents, and key opinion leaders.
- Confident content creator with a keen eye for storytelling and social trends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and the evolving creator landscape.
