An industry-leading company located in Chicago is immediately seeking the expertise of an experienced Architectural Designer to join their team.

In this role, the Architectural Designer will seek growth opportunities with a focus on BIM-related current and emerging technologies. The candidate will be an integral member of a collaborative team of Architects, Engineers and Designers.
Key requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in working on moderately complex projects
• Proficient in Revit to develop BIM models from proposal to construction document phase
• Involved in and responsible for leading the preparation of design development and construction documents
• Must have a working knowledge of construction techniques and related architectural/engineering principles
• Problem-solving ability about design refinements and BIM efficiencies
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams on projects regularly
