Senior Manager of Loyalty and Promotions Strategy

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of innovative promotional, loyalty, and gift card strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. As a key leader overseeing a team of marketing experts, you will create targeted campaigns and promotions that resonate with our diverse customer base. You'll be responsible for optimizing our gift card program to boost sales and improve customer experiences, ultimately driving brand loyalty. Your role will involve: Developing a comprehensive promotional plan for each season, ensuring alignment with our discounting strategy. Maintaining and communicating updates to our promotional event calendar to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations. Utilizing your expertise in analyzing historical event performance and inventory management to make strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Leading weekly momentum meetings with VPs and cross-functional teams to align on promo strategies. Continuously refining promotional offers through collaboration with our MarTech and IT teams. Executing day-to-day operations of the Inside Track Club program, maintaining member benefits, and driving initiatives for member growth. Overseeing the Harbor Freight Gift Card program, partnering with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Building and presenting insightful performance reports to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing or customer loyalty programs. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
