Job Summary The
Senior Marketing Manager
plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring strategic continuity across
earned media
and
purpose-driven marketing . This temporary role supports day-to-day execution, agency collaboration, brand storytelling, and internal alignment to sustain high-impact marketing programs during a transitional period.
Responsibilities
Earned & Purpose Channels:
Drive execution of
earned media
and purpose initiatives.
Lead
brand storytelling
and product-focused public relations (PR) efforts.
Act as day-to-day liaison for PR Agency and Purpose team collaboration.
Oversee charitable partnerships, fundraising integration, and multi-channel coordination.
Guide execution and performance reporting for the client’s flagship purpose program.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Ops, Product Development, and agencies.
Support annual planning and long-term strategic visioning.
Lead internal education around purpose and earned initiatives.
Ensure consistency across brand acts and charitable merchandise promotions.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
8+ years in brand marketing, PR, or purpose-led initiatives.
Leadership experience with cross-functional and agency teams.
Expertise in communication, strategic planning, and project execution.
Familiarity with influencer programs.
Bachelor's degree required.
Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience in retail or fashion brand environments.
Familiarity with hybrid and global team collaboration.
