Overview

OBJECTIVE: Responsible for executing and supporting digital marketing initiatives such as creative content development and marketing automation to promote Impression Homes new home communities. Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Manage social media content, calendars, and engagement, across all social media platforms while adhering to compliance requirements Create and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and Google Reviews to enhance customer engagement and protect brand reputation. Create and edit short-form video content tailored to social media platforms.

Website Administration:

Manage the Impression Homes website, including uploads, edits, and improvements for optimal user experience. Add new communities, floor plans, photography, site maps, and promotional content with accuracy and SEO optimization. Implement SEO updates to improve search visibility. Coordinate the creation and integration of virtual tours, 3D renderings, and interactive floor plans. Collaborate with developers using basic UX/UI knowledge to improve site navigation and conversions.

Third-Party Listings Management:

Add, update, and remove properties on MLS and other listing platforms. Optimize local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profiles for each community. Audit and manage third-party listings (NewHomeSource, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Zillow) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work to increase HomesUSA completion percentages for maximum listing performance.

Content Creation and Support:

Coordinate professional photography for spec homes and ensure high-quality visuals for marketing use. Capture and edit photos and videos during community visits. Support Salesforce campaigns by creating content for emails, eblasts, and engagement initiatives. Assist in developing customer journey maps to align digital touchpoints across the buying process

Event and Marketing Support:

Assist with planning and execution of realtor events, community launches, and expos (including setup, breakdown, and collateral). Run and analyze campaign performance reports to provide actionable insights. Use tools like Monday.com to schedule, track, and manage marketing projects and collateral orders. Any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role. Excellent communication and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital content/SEO tools. Experience with Salesforce CRM (Account Engagement preferred; Marketing Cloud a plus). Knowledge of website content management, MLS platforms, and social media tools. Basic graphic design and photography editing skills to support creative development. Advanced project management skills, with experience using Monday.com or similar tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Homebuilding experience preferred Preferred soft skills: Salesforce, Monday.com, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Marketing Cloud Seniority level
