Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Lead Conversions to join their team. As a Marketing Campaign Lead, you will be part of the Marketing department supporting the Conversions Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Marketing Campaign Lead Conversions
Location: New York, New York (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $55-$65 per hour
Duration 12 mos+
What's the Job?
- Ensure ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements that accurately reflect specific Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies and the development of compelling marketing creatives.
- Provide input on customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities for new Upgrades products.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
- Engage in the development of campaign schedules for new card products as well as business as usual auditing.
- Maintain extreme focus on details and overall nuances while managing multiple campaigns and/or project work streams simultaneously.
- Experience working for financial services companies preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on marketing campaigns with an emphasis on the development of marketing communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.
