B2B FinTech that is aggressively scaling in all corners of the world is seeking a marketing leader. This is a full build of the marketing function; you will be the most senior person in marketing and also an early one. You must be comfortable with being early stage. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will be in great company with the leadership, including founders with strong track records in cross-border payments.
The company is searching for someone with strong strategy and brand experience to lead global growth and brand development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the companys marketing strategy, focusing on global expansion, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
- Build, hire, and lead the marketing team; foster a high-performance and data-driven culture.
- Define, shape, and reinforce the brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Drive go-to-market plans for new markets and product launches; deliver customer growth through omnichannel campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform product positioning.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of digital, content, and event marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to align objectives and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and budgets, iterating based on data insights.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners as needed.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant financial regulations and legal standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy and brand building in high-growth B2B fintech
- Demonstrated success building teams and processes from scratch; comfortable with early-stage company dynamics.
- Expertise in global market entry, digital marketing channels, and brand development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; willing to be both strategic and hands-on.
- Experience in international, multicultural environments preferred.
