24 Seven Talent This role serves as a key marketing resource to the sales team and bottler partners, providing strategic support to enhance customer and shopper engagement. The focus is on developing insight-driven, tailored campaigns and annual marketing plans that align with brand strategies, while also meeting internal and external objectives. The role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, revenue growth management, category management, and shopper insights teams. Primary Responsibilities Lead commercial and bottler communications as the marketing expert, ensuring program consistency across assigned accounts and regions. Leverage retailer and brand strategies to support new product launches, exclusive items, re-launches, sampling programs, seasonal campaigns, price promotions, and custom consumer promotions. Contribute to the development of annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer-specific data to identify opportunities and translate brand strategies into actionable customer marketing and sales plans. Ensure all branding and logo usage complies with brand standards across point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store activations. Collaborate with design teams and agencies to create impactful visuals and manage timely procurement and distribution. Lead the end-to-end execution of consumer promotions, including planning, agency coordination, legal compliance, prize fulfillment, creative development, and post-program performance analysis to optimize KPIs and ROI. Provide thought leadership in shopper marketing and contribute to sales team discussions by bringing a shopper behavior-based perspective to decision-making. Drive successful eCommerce initiatives in partnership with digital, sales, and bottler teams, supporting growth across loyalty programs, digital offers, shopper media, and other digitally enabled purchasing platforms. Job Specifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred. 7+ years in Field Marketing or Brand Management within the beverage or packaged goods industry. 5+ years working with beverage market distribution systems and developing eCommerce strategies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Preferred Skills And Attributes Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing strategies. Proven ability to lead the development of creative marketing campaigns across media, digital, and promotional channels. Collaborative, relationship-driven leader with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for shopper marketing and brand growth. Base Pay Range:
