National Advertising Campaign Specialist
Lamar Advertising Company is hiring a National Advertising Campaign Specialist to oversee all post-buy aspects of a National Campaign and manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns. This role acts as a liaison between the National Sales team, national customers, IT, and local Lamar offices to troubleshoot and drive resolutions during the life cycle of the campaign.

The National Campaign Specialist is responsible for overseeing all post-buy aspects of a National Campaign including day-to-day communication of material delivery, installation updates, digital scheduling, and proof of performance delivery. The position ensures scheduling and campaign compliance and upholds digital scheduling best practices. The role also manages the execution of dynamic digital campaigns.

Education And Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- BA/BS in related field preferred (Business, Marketing or Communications)
- Previous work experience in media preferred
- 3-5 years of related work experience required

Responsibilities (Day In The Life)
- Provide accurate spec sheets for contracted locations and shipping addresses
- Provide posting instructions for national campaigns to customers, ready for distribution
- Audit posting instructions and creative file images for accuracy; resolve issues with customer or agency
- Distribute posting instructions and creative images to local sales offices
- Track production materials, maintain logs, and organize digital scheduling
- Execute a high volume of digital scheduling daily
- Compile and distribute status update reports for customers daily
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues with customers and partners
- Identify digital technical issues affecting delivery; determine implications and take action
- Anticipate problems and communicate with stakeholders
- Manage digital goods or service solutions for technical failures; assist Sellers and customers as needed
- Manage iSpot order from start to finish, including assets, scheduling, QA, and proof of execution
- Ensure proof of performance requirements are met and data is accurate
- Attend weekly team meetings to provide updates
- Other tasks as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Office environment
- Occasional lifting, color distinction, reading, and sitting for extended periods
- Less than 10% travel
- On-call shifts may be required
