Position Summary
Position includes responsibilities to communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates) and to implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
What you'll do

- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
- Foster respect for the individual, build high-performing teams, and create a sense of belonging where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
- Lead with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and promote accountability and ethical behavior.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results, considering how and when customers shop, and applying EDLP/EDLC models to plans.
- Strive for excellence by driving continuous improvement, embracing new technologies, and supporting change.
Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and stock.
