Your Role: As a Music Educator, you will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and creativity. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting music lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Building strong relationships with students and their families through regular updates and goal-setting.
• Collaborating with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
• Sharing your musical expertise to inspire and promote student development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of music teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• 8+ years of teaching experience across multiple instruments, including but not limited to guitar, piano, violin, flute, and percussion.
