Your Role:
- Conduct engaging music lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and feedback on progress.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and boost student retention.
- Share your musical talents and insights to encourage student growth and creativity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Memberships or certifications from professional teaching organizations.
- More than 8 years of teaching experience, particularly across multiple instruments (e.g., guitar, piano, flute, violin, and voice).
