Role overview

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Part-Time Social Media Specialist to help manage and grow client accounts through compelling content, smart scheduling, and community engagement. You’ll be crafting stories that resonate, analyzing what’s working, and bringing fresh ideas to the table—all while staying ahead of platform trends.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop content strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience
  • Create and schedule social posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Write strong, on-brand captions and manage hashtags and engagement strategies
  • Support the planning and management of monthly content calendars
  • Track performance and prepare insights on KPIs using platform analytics
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and identify platform trends to leverage
  • Collaborate with our design and account teams to bring client visions to life
  • Film content for clients remotely and locally in Charlotte, NC

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands
  • Skilled in creating visual and written content that aligns with brand strategy
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and facilitating client meetings/communication
  • Proficient with Canva, Airtable, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Comfortable editing short-form videos in apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush
  • Up to date on current social trends, reels/tiktok formats, and algorithm changes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Bonus if you have experience with influencer outreach or paid social
