Account Executive
About
Cal.com Cal.com
is building the scheduling infrastructure for the world. We help individuals, teams, and enterprises book time without friction, used by companies like Deel, Notion, Framer, and AngelList.
We’re an async-focused team working across 10+ time zones. We prioritize autonomy, transparency, and building scalable systems for both our users and our team.
About the Role We’re hiring a
Growth Marketing Manager
to work directly with the CEO in founding a brand new sales and marketing team in NYC.
You can see a detailed description of the role and the team we are building here!
Historically, Cal.com has relied on product-led growth to bring it to where it is today (500k users, >$10M bookings, a range of enterprise customers), but we’ve decided to found a brand new team to really put some fuel on the fire and turn us into a rocket ship.
Hence this role is going to be incredibly dynamic, creative and autonomous. You, and a very small handful of other people on this brand new team, are going to take full ownership of Cal.com’s revenue, conversion and funnels. We will move fast and quickly influence new direction in the company, with the CEO working directly alongside you in the office.
The majority of the team is remote, but you will be working in-person in our brand-new NYC office, where you’ll get to collaborate with us in the same room, brainstorming and whiteboarding ideas.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and content
Build out lifecycle marketing flows that convert leads into demos and signups
Own key funnel metrics: MQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
Collaborate closely with the AE team to ensure leads are high intent and sales-ready
Run A/B tests and experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and CTAs
Create marketing assets (with help from designers/writers as needed)
Manage and expand our marketing stack (there1s not much of one at the moment)
Have a holistic view across our inbound signups and sales pipeline, self-serve upgrades and everything in our funnels
Set up AI and automation to make processes more efficient
Effectively, do anything that increases our ARR, reduces churn and improves conversion
What We’re Looking For
3674 years in growth, performance, or full-funnel B2B marketing
You’ve worked in a SaaS or product-led environment
Strong hands-on experience with tools like Framer, Google Ads, GA4, Figma, or similar
You understand how a B2B funnel works
You’re analytical, you know how to track, test, and scale
You’ve run paid campaigns and outbound sequences directly or in collaboration with others
Comfort marketing products that are both technical and design-sensitive
We’re looking for someone who thrives in an early-stage startup, operating without bureaucratic tendencies or bias
A fast mover - someone who executes quickly instead of constantly being stuck in the planning phase
Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, constantly iterating team
Bonus Skills
Previous startup experience
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or scheduling space
Experience in taking a holistic view across sales/GTM

Working at Cal has been a completely different experience from other jobs I’ve had. There’s real trust here - I’ve been able to take ownership of my work without being micromanaged. I started in support and quickly moved into a growth role because initiative is genuinely rewarded. Everyone communicates openly, and feedback is always encouraged. That kind of trust and support motivates me to do my best work every day . ~
