The Jonus Group is hiring: Commercial Line Producer in Mansfield

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Line Producer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing business and work with a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

• Work with the account managers to maintain and grow the business
• Proactively seek new business opportunities as a hunter
• Collaborate with the team to quote new and renewal business
• Manage a generalist book of accounts, including medium to large-sized clients such as municipalities, schools, restaurants, bars, manufacturing, and convenience stores

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines or B2B sales
• P&C license required, designation is a plus
• Familiarity with AMS360 software
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the business, seeking new opportunities, and collaborating with the team to manage a diverse book of accounts. This role will involve a combination of office-based work and field visits to meet with clients.
