About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance the organization's brand, attract and serve ministry partners, and align with its mission and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the visibility of the brand, overseeing marketing and communication activities, and ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for all external audiences. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in marketing, communications, and brand management, preferably in a ministry or nonprofit setting. The VPMC will also be tasked with setting and achieving annual audience growth and revenue generation goals, and must be adept at working with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and achieve interdepartmental objectives. Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing and Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and at least 5-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations. A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role is also required. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven capacity to inspire and lead teams. Proficiency in marketing and communication technologies, as well as the ability to travel, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, in line with the organization's mission and values.
