Compensation Base Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually
Location: Based in REP headquarters; hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days in the office. Flexible scheduling available.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, organized Senior Social Media Content Creator to lead day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Reels, and TikTok. This role partners with the Senior Social Media Manager to deliver platform-optimized content that aligns with brand objectives, drives engagement, and remains true to REPs core messaging.
You are a great fit if you excel at punchy, relevant short-form content, enjoy experimenting with emerging formats (including AI), and balance creativity with data-driven insights. You should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and enjoy testing new ideas while optimizing for performance.
Essential Functions
Content Creation, Engagement & Growth
- Own end-to-end creation of short-form, platform-optimized content (Stories, Reels, Carousels, etc.), aligned with REP brand guidelines.
- Ensure content is mobile-first, adheres to best practices, and stays ahead of relevant social trends.
- Deliver engaging content that supports audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Foster community through content in our private Facebook Group.
- Collaborate with Partnerships to provide input for influencer briefs and generate UGC for TikTok and Instagram.
- Partner with event teams to create on-the-ground content from activations, athlete appearances, and large-scale events.
Strategic Partnership
- Work with the Senior Social Media Manager to ensure content supports campaign objectives, KPIs and brand growth.
- Provide creative ideas during planning sessions; leverage trends, audience behavior, and competitive insight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand stories into social storytelling.
- Support apparel and Purist content as needed; equipment focus remains primary.
Measurement & Trends
- Review performance metrics with the Senior Social Media Manager and refine creative approaches accordingly.
- Track trends and optimize against best-performing content.
- Understand algorithms and experiment with formats, posting schedules, and boosting to maximize reach and engagement.
Travel
- 5 planned trips to major events; additional travel as needed for activations and content capture.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably at a consumer brand with demonstrated growth of followers and engagement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, photography, and storytelling; examples of brand social growth.
- Experience with editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to shoot high-quality mobile-first content (lighting, audio, composition) for both photography and video.
