We’re seeking a talented Senior Content Writer to lead and execute two key content workflows: recruitment marketing/employer branding and awards-related writing. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll also support business development, web, and internal communications initiatives by producing high-impact content in partnership with the broader Content team.

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and editor with a track record of managing complex editorial projects involving multiple stakeholders. You’re comfortable distilling complex legal topics into clear, compelling narratives and enjoy working across departments to bring strategic content to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Legal Recruiting and Content teams to drive U.S.-focused recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.
  • Refresh and expand recruiting-related content to align with firm strategy and visibility goals.
  • Guide projects through content approvals, including direct communication with senior firm leaders.

Awards & Strategic Content

  • Draft and edit award submissions and other content highlighting practice areas, matters, and attorney accomplishments.
  • Identify new content opportunities to increase brand awareness and engage target audiences.

Additional Editorial Work

  • Create internal communications such as talking points, leadership messaging, and speeches.
  • Contribute to high-priority website and business development content initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior member of the Content team, mentoring and supporting junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 7 years of full-time experience in a content-focused role, preferably within legal, professional services, or recruiting environments.
  • Advanced editorial skills (writing, editing, and AP style copyediting), with experience managing cross-functional projects and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex legal or technical content into engaging, error-free narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment—including confidential assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and professional approach.
