Position: UI/UX Designer

Location: Chandler, AZ HQ; telecommuting and remote work locations may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
- Design UX ecommerce platforms, with a focus on optimizing user journeys for conversion.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma and Axure, incorporating component libraries, complex interactions, and design systems to enhance design quality and functionality.
- Build, manage, and scale comprehensive design systems in Figma and Axure, including use of component libraries, complex interactions, and design systems, ensuring high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Create detailed, annotated wireframes and develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to gather requirements and feedback and execute rapid design iterations.
- Conduct research using quantitative and qualitative methods, including A/B testing, web analytics, user interviews, surveys, and participant observation.
- Identify opportunities to adapt design approaches for diverse cultural perspectives and varying user behaviors globally, leveraging experience from working in a multinational environment.
- Position based out of Chandler, AZ HQ with potential telecommuting/remote work on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Design and Design Management, Computer Science, or closely related field. Employer will accept an advanced degree if in the same field.
Experience Requirements: 24 months of experience in the offered role or a closely related position.
- Design low to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, ensuring integration of the client’s design system for consistency and clarity.
- Develop detailed user journey maps and user flows to visualize interactions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform secondary and primary research (e.g., competitive mapping, benchmarking, observation mapping, interviews, surveys, user journey mapping, persona development, and user flow creation) to understand user needs.
- Design User Journey Maps, Competitive Analysis, Sitemaps, and Personas to guide design decisions toward user-centered results.
- Familiar with HTML & CSS to facilitate communication with the development team during implementation.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project timelines in an agile environment.
- Use Axure for wireframing and prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite for visual design tasks to create cohesive and user-friendly interfaces for ecommerce.
- Experience in Ecommerce UI/UX design.
Compensation and Schedule
Salary: Available upon request
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
