About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience Architect to join our team in Juno Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital strategy, UX design, and user research, and wants to make a real impact on how users engage with digital applications.

As an HCD Experience Architect, you'll play a key role in aligning business goals with user-centered solutions. You’ll use your expertise in design thinking, journey mapping, persona development, and user testing to shape meaningful and intuitive experiences that drive adoption and delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing and experience benchmarking to validate user needs and expectations.
• Analyze user behavior and digital channel data to guide design and strategic decisions.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and inform experience improvements.
• Develop personas and customer journey maps based on real user data and behaviors.
• Identify UX and business challenges through root cause analysis and propose targeted solutions.
• Support experience blueprinting and value modeling to enhance digital solution delivery.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as a communication bridge between business partners and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the Experience Architecture team, product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to shape the strategic vision for digital applications.
• Participate in the discovery and research phases of project lifecycles, providing crucial input for early-stage product definition.
• Contribute to stakeholder presentations and partner report-outs, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, or HCD roles.
• Deep knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) practices, including:
  • Design thinking
  • Insight synthesis
  • Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies aligned with user and business needs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and solve complex experience challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and business stakeholders.
