Overview

We are hiring a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience Architect who will ensure every solution is grounded in real user needs and behaviors. In this onsite contractor opportunity, you will help shape digital applications that users adopt, enjoy, and value; all while keeping business goals front and center.

Responsibilities

• Lead usability testing and benchmarking to validate digital solutions
• Conduct user and channel behavior analysis to guide design decisions
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to extract actionable insights
• Develop personas, journey maps, and blueprints to represent user expectations
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Present research findings and design recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams
• Drive discovery sessions and experience blueprinting to shape digital application vision
• Support reporting and partner updates to keep stakeholders engaged

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX, or human-centered design
• Proficiency in HCD methodologies such as design thinking, usability testing, and experience blueprinting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and proven success in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to align digital strategies with business goals
