ABOUT THE JOB
Are you an Interior Designer with a passion for pushing creative boundaries? At Ankrom Moisan, we are an award-winning Interior Design Firm with offices in Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco. We embrace flexibility, offering hybrid work options and engaging projects across the West Coast, including Urban Living, Student Housing, Senior Communities, Healthcare, Hospitality, Workplace, and Retail.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of in-office presence a minimum of two days per week on one of the Firm’s three anchor days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday). Occasional travel may be necessary.

Lead teams through all phases of the interior design process, from concept design to construction administration. Manage client relationships and communications to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment. Represent Ankrom Moisan at industry events and strengthen client and industry connections. What you bring to be successful
6+ years of design experience and an accredited degree in Interior Design. Proven leadership skills within a project team environment. Advanced skills in REVIT, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. Clear, concise, and convincing communication and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of constructability, interior design detailing, and relevant building codes. What we offer
Competitive starting base salary from $75,000–$120,000 annually. Beautiful work environment, talented team, and opportunities for development. Robust benefits package with employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, and AD&D coverage. Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k). 16 PTO days to start. 10 paid holidays.
