Lead Interior Designer We’re seeking a Lead Interior Designer to expand and champion the interiors discipline within our firm. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is as passionate about modernism as they are about mentoring others and is ready to leave a lasting mark on a design studio with a strong legacy and an exciting trajectory. You will

Lead with vision . Oversee the interior design process across multiple high-end residential projects from concept to final installation. Integrate seamlessly.

Collaborate with in-house architects and designers for seamless interior-architecture integration. Mentor and grow talent.

Guide junior designers, strengthening our studio’s interior design capabilities. Curate and specify . Source furnishings, finishes, lighting, and materials true to the modernist idiom. Elevate process.

Establish and refine design standards, workflows, and documentation for interiors. Ensure project excellence . Manage client relationships, budgets, and timelines with confidence. Collaborate broadly.

Work closely with clients, in-house architects, vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Stay inspired.

Bring fresh perspectives by tracking design trends, emerging materials, technologies, and new vendor sourcing. You have

7+ years of residential interior design experience in the US. A portfolio that demonstrates modernist clarity and sophistication. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in various design phases simultaneously with strong organizational skills and excellent time management. Leadership and team mentorship experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Strong technical skills in creating construction drawings (BIM required, ArchiCAD preferred), specifications, and schedules. California project experience (submittal, RFI, IDSK review/response) and the ability to visit sites. Experience sourcing and procuring materials, furnishings, finishes, and lighting. Why Join Us?
