Overview
Martin Patrick 3 is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Interior Designer (3–5 years experience) with strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit to support all aspects of the design process. This full-time role is integral to delivering exceptional design, technical documentation, and project execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong critical thinker, and excels at multi-tasking. A solid understanding of construction documentation and interior finishes/furnishings is essential. We’re looking for a self-starter who embraces collaboration, contributes creative solutions, and can confidently manage projects from concept through completion.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of residential finishes, furniture, and fabrics
Site measures & documentation of existing conditions
Floor plans, elevations, construction details (AutoCAD and Revit required)
3D modeling & space planning
Research & sourcing of materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings
Collaboration with designers, builders, architects and subcontractors
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client interface skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task
Responsibilities & Skills
Draft CAD plans and Revit 3D renderings for projects
Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
Prepare and present design ideas to clients and collaborators
Maintain an organized, professional, and positive studio environment
