About The Role
We are looking for an extraordinary Brand Designer to define how designers and engineers collaborate to deliver exceptional user experiences at speed. As a hybrid role between brand and marketing design, you will be a bridge between design and engineering, ensuring the seamless implementation of high-quality, user-centered interfaces.
You'll work closely with our small but mighty team to evolve and maintain our brand design system, build reusable components, and create tooling that empowers the team to ship quickly and consistently. This is an individual contributor role where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on our product, our brand, and our customers' journey.
Responsibilities
Design and evolve scalable brand systems, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and cultural relevance across all surfaces and touch points
Develop innovative concepts and storytelling strategies that drive brand expression and inform system design, setting new standards for quality and impact
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, talent, and external agencies, to deliver creative solutions aligned with business and user goals
Manage high-profile projects from concept to delivery, maintaining a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure timely, polished outcomes
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to inspire and inform design decisions
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in every aspect of design and production, from asset creation to final execution
Requirements
3+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or a related field, ideally within technical or product-driven companies
Proven expertise in creating and scaling brand systems that span digital and physical mediums
A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and execution of brand systems and campaigns
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
The annual US base salary range for this role is: $100,000 - $150,000
