Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing associates; promote a belonging mindset in the workplace; recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth.
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify goals and objectives; measure progress and drive results; identify and address improvement opportunities; promote continuous learning.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback (Tour-to-Teach); communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff regarding store operations, technology, merchandising, and company direction; lead company change efforts and implement business solutions with clear expectations.
• Model exceptional customer service by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model; support customer service initiatives and community programs; resolve customer needs and issues; develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies; provide process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics; support Walmart’s mission, values, and Open Door Policy; provide guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes; develop action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
