Dalton is hiring: Social Media Coordinator in Jacksonville

Dalton is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our Jacksonville team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to capture attention in a fast-scrolling world, and is eager to help brands shine across platforms. You’ll be hands-on with content creation, scheduling, community management, reporting, and brainstorming fresh ideas that make an impact.

What you'll be doing in the role:

• Assist in developing, managing, and publishing content across multiple social platforms
• Monitor and manage client social profiles daily, including community management, customer response, brand advocacy, and reputation building
• Collaborate with other Dalton Agency departments to align social media efforts with broader integrated marketing campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure impact, engagement, and ROI
• Research emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure clients remain competitive and relevant
• Support the Dalton social media team in maintaining best practices and refining processes

What you'll bring to the role:

• 1–2 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or related field (agency experience a plus). Will consider one (1) year of social media internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing is a plus
