What to Expect Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and executing successful media strategies for clients
Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong relationships and developing strategic communications plans
Drive new business development by identifying potential clients and participating in pitches
Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, and client communications
Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development while maintaining team accountability
What is Required At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
Proven record of high academic achievement, particularly in English and/or Business
Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
Strong understanding of media relations and the ability to measure the ROI of communications activities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational and time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
A wide network of media contacts across national consumer and business sectors
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in PR campaigns
Ability to thrive in a flexible and changing environment
