What You'll Be Doing:
Represent Beaches at community events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
Support marketing campaigns through coupon distribution, event logistics, and social promotions.
Assist with business outreach, including contacting and building relationships with local partners.
Help coordinate and schedule employees for events and marketing shifts.
Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming, and execution alongside the Marketing Team.
Track results and provide updates to the Marketing Manager on campaign and outreach effectiveness.
Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through with professionalism and accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
12 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A professional, confident presence when engaging with the public or businesses.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends for events.
Reliable transportation for business and community activities.
