What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent Beaches at community events, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
• Support marketing campaigns through coupon distribution, event logistics, and social promotions.
• Assist with business outreach, including contacting and building relationships with local partners.
• Help coordinate and schedule employees for events and marketing shifts.
• Contribute to campaign planning, brainstorming, and execution alongside the Marketing Team.
• Track results and provide updates to the Marketing Manager on campaign and outreach effectiveness.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through with professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Bring:

• 12 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A professional, confident presence when engaging with the public or businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
