Job Description:

Manage the tactical development and execution of HCP peer-to-peer medical education (DSE and brand), congress presence, as well as other promotional initiatives such as NPP digital media, to support the successful launch of Otsuka's first product in ADHD.

Help develop and deliver a clear communication and implementation plan for all tactics. Be proficient in managing agency partners ushering all necessary resources through the Promotional Review Committee process, from draft to final approval. Responsibilities

Manage the tactical development and execution of medical education programs, congress presence, and promotional initiatives to support product launch.

Collaborate with brand teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to deliver tactics on time and within budget.

Develop and implement clear communication plans for all tactics.

Coordinate with agencies to navigate Promotional Review Committee processes from draft to final approval.

Qualifications

Individual should have a proven track record across marketing competencies and achievement of performance objectives.

Strong leadership skills to lead or contribute to key deliverables.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical, Sales, Learning & Development/Sales Training, Operations) is highly preferred. Experience managing a creative agency in the pharmaceutical/healthcare space and working with review committees (med/legal/regulatory) is required.

Ability to ensure medical education strategy aligns with brand imperatives and determine an appropriate tactical mix that is compliant and within budget.

Managing the speaker bureau, including annual member identification and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.

Collaboration with Sales Operations to ensure contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and payments are seamless.

Experience with Congress (booth & advertising) including booth design, deployment, traffic drivers, and staff training to drive product awareness.

Managing media partners to ensure optimal roll-out of media plans and ongoing optimization against KPIs.

Ability to manage projects to launch critical milestones and deadlines.

Required

B.A. or B.S. degree

Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or relevant experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful tactics

Proven agency management skills (e.g., managed the agency of record)

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced in marketing plans, strategies, or significant projects

Proven ability to drive performance across a matrix team

Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and medical review processes

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Experience/knowledge of CNS marketplace

Launch experience

MBA or advanced degree in marketing

Minimum $146,955.00 - Maximum $219,650.00, plus incentive opportunity; pay range represents typical starting pay and may be adjusted based on experience and internal comparisons. Other elements may determine actual pay per local laws. Application Deadline
