About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Talent Social Marketing to join their Global Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and relationship-driven professional, responsible for shaping and executing innovative, talent-led social media campaigns that enhance the visibility of the company's theatrical releases. This pivotal role involves serving as the primary liaison for talent and their representatives throughout the entire film lifecycle, from announcement to home entertainment. The Executive Director will also act as a creative partner for talent, offering support in the creation of bespoke content that goes beyond the film, and will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the alignment of messaging and the production of original, platform-native social content.
Candidates for this role should have a high level of professionalism, as they will be overseeing relationships with key talent and their representatives. The position requires a proactive approach to content management, including the development of a consistent content pipeline and the coordination of behind-the-scenes content. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital, social, and influencer marketing, and be adept at tracking and reporting on social performance metrics. A strong educational background, along with specialized knowledge and skills in the field, is essential.
