Creative Traffic & Program Manager (Contract – 6 Months)
Location: Irvine, CA
Contract Length: 6 months
We are seeking a Creative Traffic & Program Manager to join our client’s team in Irvine, CA. This is a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing creative workflows while also leading broader cross-functional program initiatives.
This role is the operational backbone of the creative team — balancing day-to-day traffic management with oversight of larger programs that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
Manage intake, resourcing, and tracking of creative requests across design, copy, video, and production.
Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
Serve as the central point of contact for project status, updates, and communication.
Lead program management initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to hit program milestones.
Monitor project interdependencies, risks, and blockers while driving process improvements.
Forecast and manage resources to support scalability and execution.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in traffic, project, or program management (agency or in-house creative/marketing).
Agency background strongly preferred.
Experience in B2B or tech industries a plus.
Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, video, production).
Proficiency with project/program management tools (Jira preferred).
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience reporting outcomes.
Pay Details: $37.00 - 40.00 per hour
The role is contract and onsite in Irvine, CA.
