The Role

As Creator Manager/Strategist, you'll be the engine behind our influencer and creator-led activations: scouting talent, managing partnerships, and delivering campaigns that fuel demand and discovery and brand love across social platforms.

This isn't just about posting content. It's about spotting the right voices, strategy behind it, negotiating the right deals, and delivering the right creative - turning scroll-stopping moments into measurable results. You'll work closely with the Social, SEO, PR, and Creative teams to make sure every creator collaboration aligns with strategy, sparks conversation, and drives performance.

Key Objectives

  • Manage creator and influencer activations from end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators through The Rise Network.
  • Deliver creator content that is on-brand, on-brief, and on-time.
  • Partner with strategists and social specialists to bring bold ideas to life via creator-first executions.
  • Track performance and provide insight-led recommendations to optimise future activations.
  • Stay plugged into creator economy trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Support new business opportunities with creator ideas, case studies, and research.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and vet creators aligned to client brand goals and campaign needs.
  • Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Brief creators with clarity, ensuring content lands in line with campaign strategy and brand tone.
  • Oversee timelines, content approvals, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally (SEO, PR, Creative) to ensure creator content fits into wider campaigns.
  • Liaise with clients on creator recommendations, status updates, and campaign reports.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and surface insights that shape ongoing strategy.
  • Monitor emerging talent and maintain an active roster of go-to creators.
  • Keep ahead of trends, viral formats, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Contribute to internal showcases and case studies to highlight standout creator work.
About You
  • You're plugged into the creator economy - you know who's rising, who's overhyped, and who's shaping culture.
  • You're an organised operator: able to juggle multiple creators, clients, and campaigns without missing a beat.
  • You have hands-on experience managing influencer or creator campaigns, either agency- or brand-side.
  • You're confident negotiating fees, managing contracts, and keeping creators on track.
  • You're as comfortable briefing a TikToker as you are reporting to a director.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to balance creativity with results.

You've got 2-4+ years' experience working directly in influencer marketing, creator management, or social campaign delivery.
