Your Role as Demand Generation Marketing Manager:

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of high-performing B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is highly cross-functional and offers an exciting opportunity to shape revenue-driving programs from the ground up. You'll own performance across key channels-from email to paid media to events-and collaborate across teams to convert insights into action and campaigns into growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
  • Build and execute integrated programs across email, digital, paid, and events
  • Own campaign strategy from awareness through opportunity stages
  • Partner with Sales to segment audiences and optimize engagement
  • Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and marketing automation workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on pipeline and ROI
Messaging & Content Strategy
  • Understand our buyer personas and develop value-driven messaging
  • Collaborate on content creation-landing pages, eBooks, ads, case studies
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns to buyer needs and business goals
Marketing Operations & Tech Enablement
  • Build scalable tracking and reporting infrastructure
  • Maintain HubSpot and data integrity across marketing systems
  • Evaluate new tools and tactics to improve efficiency and conversion
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
  • Create sales-ready tools such as email templates, one-pagers, and decks
  • Partner closely with Sales to align KPIs and drive pipeline progression
  • Foster tight feedback loops and collaborative campaign planning
What You Need to Succeed:

Key Competencies:
  • Analytical and results-oriented with a deep understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing
  • Creative problem solver who knows how to scale impact through campaigns
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with experience in fast-paced teams
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation or growth
  • Proven success delivering qualified pipeline and campaign ROI
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign performance dashboards

Pay Range
