Your Role:
- Provide engaging music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and promote student retention.
- Share your musical knowledge and skills to inspire students and support their growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in music.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Membership or certification in professional teaching associations.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with multiple instruments (e.g., guitar, piano, flute, etc.).
