Your Responsibilities:
- Provide music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Foster positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with store teams to manage lesson schedules and enhance student retention.
- Share your musical knowledge to ignite passion in students and facilitate their growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in music.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with multiple instruments including but not limited to: guitar, piano, violin, saxophone, and voice.
