Our client is looking to fill the role of Fashion Manager. The Interim Manager, Fashion Office will provide essential support during a maternity leave coverage period, focusing on the execution of brand's seasonal brand styling and creative direction across global campaigns and special projects. This role partners closely with Creative, Design, and Production teams to help maintain a cohesive, elevated brand image and ensure flawless execution on-set. The ideal candidate brings deep fashion sensibility, operational coordination skills, and the ability to uphold high visual standards. This role also includes the day-to-day management of one Coordinator, providing guidance and support on executional and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support seasonal styling direction in collaboration with Creative and Design to uphold the brand vision.
- Assist with campaign-level styling execution, including on-set leadership and coordination.
- Participate in casting, wardrobe prep, and hair/makeup direction in partnership with internal teams.
- Maintain consistency of styling across campaigns, lookbooks, and special projects.
- Coordinate team schedules, shoot calendars, and production timelines in collaboration with Production and Creative.
- Manage and mentor one Fashion Office Coordinator, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and deliverables.
- Guide and support freelance stylists, assistants, and other contributors on-set.
- Review post-production assets and retouching with attention to styling quality and brand intent.
- Monitor fashion and cultural trends to inform seasonal execution and ensure brand relevance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of key moments such as collaborations, presentations, and collection launches.
Required Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in fashion styling, campaign production, or brand creative execution.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong styling portfolio and proven ability to uphold high creative standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in production workflows, scheduling tools, and post-production review.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
