Responsibilities (What to Expect)

• Lead and manage multiple teams in developing high-level strategies for clients


• Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and clients to achieve PR program goals


• Generate and edit various communications materials, including press releases and pitches


• Oversee agency operations, including mentoring junior staff and participating in new business processes


• Measure the ROI of communications activities and ensure effective media engagement

Qualifications (What is Required)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or public relations within the technology industry


• Proven track record of managing PR programs from inception to goal achievement


• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce diverse communication materials


• Exceptional client management skills with a deep personal investment in client success


• Ability to navigate and lead through periods of change or crisis situations
