Mesa seeks a Physical Substation Designer responsible for designing deliverables related to substation physical design projects. Tasks include creating and revising General Arrangements, Elevations, Sections, Grounding layouts, Conduit and Cable schedules, and Bill of Materials using AutoCAD & Inventor (3D modeling).
Responsibilities
- Work under and alongside experienced engineers
- Utilize AutoCAD & Inventor to create assigned deliverables
- Meet customers schedule and budget requirements
- Perform physical design with high accuracy
- Willing to travel and work occasional overtime as needed
- Perform careful self-checking to ensure quality before review

Qualifications
Education (Preferred): Associates degree or equivalent
Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in electrical substation design or construction is preferred but not required.
