Office Assistant for Boutique Beauty PR Agency

• Administrative duties including taking calls, sending emails, packaging products, assisting writeups.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials, including writing web content and press releases
• Maintaining and organizing documents using PowerPoint and Excel
• Assist with media presentations and event production
• Assist in retail and distribution
• Opportunities for networking with a variety of people and companies in the U.S. beauty industry such as New York Fashion Week, Harper’s Bazaar, Instyle Cosmopolitan, etc.

Requirements:

PR experience or internships (beauty a plus)

Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when it comes to tight deadlines and multiple projects at once.

Fluency in French/Spanish/Korean/Chinese/Hindi preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MuckRack and Canva.

Passion for all things PR & influencer with an appetite to learn new skills and keep up with the latest trends

Ability to work well with multiple teams

Has an entrepreneurial attitude; excited about testing new products
